A 64 years old male presented with chief complaints of weakness and giddiness over 15 days
Chief complaints : patient was apparently asymptomatic 15 days ago then developed generalised weakness and developed giddiness aggrivated by walking and standing for long hours
Past history:
K/c/o of hypothyroidism 35yrs back and on medications Thyronorm 200mg
K/c/o of Parkinsonism since 15 yrs back on medications
No k/n/o of htn diabetes asthama epilepsy
GENRAL EXAMINATION
Patient was conscious coherent moderately build
No pallor icterus cyanosis lymphadenopathy
PR: 88bpm
RR:
Temp : afebrile
CNS :
Patient was consious
Normal speech
No neck stiffness , kerning sign
Cranial ,motor examination : normal
